Service Fee

This item is for customers who are required to pay for an invoice received from the Kaiser Baas Helpdesk for their product service fee.

Please follow the below steps:

1. Enter the dollar value amount of your service fee invoice
1. E.g $61.00 = 61
2. Click 'add to cart'
3. Please proceed to checkout
4. In the notes section at checkout, please ensure you add your Invoice number.
5. Inform your Helpdesk Support contact you have paid and state the Order Number you will receive after payment.
