Australia


Our standard flat rate for domestic orders is $12.95. Kaiser Baas uses Australia Post eParcel service for all domestic deliveries. Your parcel will be sent with a tracking number that will be emailed to you when your order has been sent.

Post will usually arrive within:


VIC & NSW: 4 - 7 business days
TAS, SA & QLD: 7 - 9 business days
WA & NT: 9 - 12 business days

Please note: If there is no one available to receive the parcel Australia Post will leave a card with pick up information. The parcel can then be picked up at the local post office during their normal opening hours.

Returns

Our returns policy is not intended to override or limit your statutory rights in any way.

Returning a Posted Item


For free post returns, contact our online at helpdesk@kaiserbaas.com to log your return and receive our Reply Paid account number. Then, just post the item by return mail with your invoice or receipt to our online store team at:

Upon receipt of your return, we will process a credit note, refund or exchange, depending on what you require. Returns by mail can take 2 weeks minimum to process and we will notify you by email.

 

Returning a Delivery Item

Contact our online team at helpdesk@kaiserbaas.com to arrange delivery back to Kaiser Baas. Please note: If you are returning the item because it is not quite right, a fee will be charged for the cost of delivery back to Kaiser Baas. If the item is faulty, you will not be charged this fee.
