Due to the existing shipping delays and leading into Christmas there can be a delivery delay of up to 10 days. We appreciate your patience and thank you for shopping local to support an Australian business.
Orders made after Friday 3rd Dec are not guaranteed to arrive before Xmas due to Courier delays.
Australia & New Zealand
Our standard flat rate for domestic orders is AUD $12.95. Kaiser Baas uses Australia Post eParcel service for all domestic deliveries in Australia and NZ Couriers for NZ deliveries. Your parcel will be sent with a tracking number that will be emailed to you when your order has been sent.
Please allow up to 2 days for orders to be processed before they are dispatched.
Post will usually arrive within:
VIC & NSW: 4 - 7 business days
TAS, SA & QLD: 7 - 9 business days
WA & NT: 9 - 12 business days
NZ: 5 business days
Please note: If there is no one available to receive the parcel Australia Post will leave a card with pick up information. The parcel can then be picked up at the local post office during their normal opening hours.

Returning a Posted Item
For returns, please submit a ticket via our helpdesk to log your return and receive our Return Authorisation number. Then, just post the item by return mail along with your proof of purchase to our online store team at:

Upon receipt of your return, we will process the warranty claim.
We will not be able to refund you for the products that are purchased from a retailer store. We only process the refund for the products that are purchased through kaiserbaas.com online store.
Returns by mail can take 2 weeks minimum to process and we will notify you by email.
