KAISER BAAS TV TUNER WARRANTY, RETURNS & REPAIRS POLICY
Warranty:
- Standard 12 month warranty from purchase invoice date of KAISER BAAS product.
- Must retain proof-of-purchase to receive warranty / replacement.
- Warranty means repairing the product wherever possible, replacing the product,
whole or part (including remote control & power supply);
Warranty covers the following faults/defects:
- Scratched, cracked, chipped, warped, discolour of frame upon first receipt & opening
of the package.
- A minimum 5 dead pixel in the LCD panel
- Corrupt firmware
- Defective audio speakers & playback
- Non-functioning buttons and brightness adjustment wheel
- Non-functioning remote controls (batteries excluded)
- Faulty power supply.
Warranty does not cover:
- Third party accessories such as memory cards, USB flash drives and other accessories not originally shipped with KAISER BAAS product;
- Damaged LCD screen and electronics as a result of using a different power supply other than the one shipped with the product;
- Improper use & handling of the product including broken frame clips, leg stand, incompatible memory card use, wall & tripod mounting;
- Improper maintenance of the product (refer to product manual for proper maintenance tips)
- Freight charges & insurance for returning back to base.
- Shop soiled products including:
- Scratched, stained or damaged LCD screen or frame as a result of everyday use
- Stained or damaged remote control
