Reseller Returns

  • Non-sold products
    • Only resellers with a reseller contract allowing sale or return may return KAISER BAAS products to its distributor as a result of non-sale (or as specified under their agreement);
    • A Return Authorisation (RA) number is required prior to sending the product back to base, with the RA number attached as reference;
    • RA numbers can only be issued by your account manager or sales representative of KAISER BAAS or its distributor;
    • Packaging and contents of the returning product MUST be in resaleable condition;
    • Marks on the LCD screen and frame will not be accepted for returns;
    • All contents of the product MUST be returned or risk voiding the Sale or Return policy.
    • Missing parts & contents will incur a $50 penalty fee charged to your account as a separate invoice.

  • Damaged products returning under warranty
    • Sold products returning for repair or replacement come under normal warranty conditions but still require a Return Authorisation (RA) number from technical support helpdesk@lakopacific.com or 1300 302 306, prior to sending back to base. For online RA form click here.
